Insulated Box Charges
- Small insulated box: RM35 (≤10kg).
- Large insulated box: RM65 (≤25kg).

All our dim sum products should be stored in the freezer at –18°C or below. They can last up to 6 months if kept frozen. For best taste, cook them immediately after thawing—do not refreeze once defrosted.

No thawing is needed for most items. You can steam, fry, or air-fry them directly from frozen. Just follow the recommended cooking instructions on the packaging for the best results.

We currently accept online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other secure payment methods. Full payment is required to confirm your order before processing and delivery.
Do you provide delivery?
Yes, we provide delivery services to Malaysia and Singapore. Delivery fees may apply depending on your location and order size. Free delivery may be offered for wholesale or bulk purchases. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the frozen items upon delivery to maintain product quality.
How should I handle and store the products?
